It is the second acquisition by Carenet in seven months. It is also known for a strong presence in the engagement and telehealth space dedicated to facilitate the Carenet acquisition and Integration.

The transaction has extended and strengthened the company’s strongholds in the health system market, and the latest takeover is in line with the firm's commitment toward high-quality, on-demand, cost-effective solutions on a bigger scale. John Erwin, CEO of Carenet, seemed excited over the momentum of Carenet in the telehealth market. He said that with a rise in the cost of ER and others, they are increasingly collaborating with other industry players who believe that telehealth will emerge as the most relevant care options and will be a crucial part of 2020 strategies.
